since 1985 as a wholly H.K. owned enterprise, Sun Kwong Electroplating
Company has started its fully computerized, automatically controlled
plating production in Hong Kong. After
10 more years' development, a branch has been set up in Hui Zhou, China
in 1995 to extend its production capacity. Sun Kwong Hui Zhou branch has
obtained the UKAS Quality Management ISO9001 and Environmental Management
ISO14001. The company occupied area of , comprising more than 100 staffs
including a group of highly experienced technical and managerial people.

service for substrates such as copper, iron, aluminum and stainless
steel, etc with electro-deposit of copper, matte nickel, bright nickel,
gold, bright tin, matte tin, bright solder, matte solder, as well as
passivation, chromation, and degreasing. Both rack and barrel plating can
also be the scope of services and expertise. Our plating products mainly
include US CORCOM IND. LTD's microwave filter iron case, INTEL's PCB accessories,
DISPLAY parts from PHILIPS in Europe, NEC Japan's telephone intercom
case, photocopier's parts from TOSHIBA and CANON as well as HITACHI's
medical equipments, etc.
Our
company is well-equipped with advanced testing machines so as to have
tight control on our plating quality, especially the plating thickness,
corrosion resistance and solderability. X-Ray fluorescence Thickness
Measuring Machine, Salt Spray Tester would be some of the examples.
Besides, our laboratory has possessed the function of providing routine
analysis of the electrolytes so that the production can be kept in smooth
running.
